DESCRIPTION:The Digital Storytelling Festival encourages cultural heritage professionals\, educators\, creatives\, and students from Europe and beyond to boost their storytelling skills and tell stories exploring culture. It is run by the Europeana Initiative. The event brings together experts with students and new professionals that want to gain knowledge about different storytelling skills like writing\, digital animation\, stop motion animation\, social media\, video \, collage art\, and 3D. \nThe central topic this year is “food”! \nThe multi-day event is perfect for people who want to improve their storytelling skills in combination with cultural heritage. The only prerequisites are a committment to attending the sessions reliably and working in collaboration with others. \nThis year’s festival will take place from 13-14 May 2025.
