DESCRIPTION:From 20-25 May 2025 the baroque castle Heiligenkreuz-Gutenbrunn in Lower Austria will be the scene of th 14th installment of the CIPA Summer School. \nThis 6-day event is lead by the Department for the History of Architecture and Building Archeology of the University of Technology Vienna\, in close cooperation with ICOMOS\, ISPRS\, CHNT ICOMOS Austria and supported by Time Machine Organisation. It is targeted at scholars\, emerging professionals and everyone wishing to broaden their horizons. \nThe central question is: How can digital technologies help safeguard historic sites that are at risk? Under the surveillance of leading professionals in that field\, participants will learn how to face challenges in digital conservation of heritage sites. \nIf you are interested and want to learn more about the summer school\, visit its website.
